What’s your return policy?
If you do not love your me.life product, we offer a store credit (minus any shipping costs) to be used on https://www.mebeautylife.com. Please email email@example.com with your name, Order ID, and brief explanation of why you didn't love it. Your email needs to be received within 30 days of your Order Date and once we receive your email, please allow 10 business days for the store credit to be issued. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds at this time.". Oh, if there’s any feedback you want to send our way along with your request, we’re all ears. We <3 improving.
How long does it take to process a return?
You will be issued a store credit within 10 business days of receiving your email. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the me.life you ordered!
Do you offer free shipping?

When can I expect my order?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 11am PT are typically processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your mebeautylife.com account using the credentials you used during checkout and follow the instructions for managing your orders. You’re always welcome to reach out via email@example.com as well.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders process quickly but we’ll do our best to make the update!
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com We can give you the inside info.
